Animation Mentor: Timing and spacing in animation

This is a great webinar that explains in perfect terms the principals of spacing and timing in animation as well as going into how it can be used to show emotion and how it should be included in a scene.
The first two parts are especially good with the 3rd and 4th lacking the same clarity. I'd recommend anyone interested in animation take a look at parts 1 and 2 at least, whether you are an expert brushing up their fundamental knowledge or a novice learning about timing and spacing for the first time.
Even if you aren't an animator but are just interested, listen to the words of these two pixar experts to get a glimpse of just one component of the world of animation.
